Setting technical procedures and direction for the Recording Studio, Mastering, and Transfer facilities of this world famous studio complex.

2000 - PRESENT  Ground One AV, Inc., Owner / CEO
Ground One AV is a consulting firm that concentrates on the specific and unique electrical power and grounding requirements for the entertainment industry.

1995 - 1996  SKYWALKER SOUND, Lucas Valley, CA - Chief Engineer
Supervised the day to day operation of the technical staff and long range maintenance schedules for the mix stages and associated support areas. Developed new policy for engineering staff response to technical problems and routine maintenance schedule.

1992 - 1995  WALT DISNEY IMAGINEERING, Glendale, CA - TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Tech support for the Circlevision Mix Stage. Set up and supported three "Circlevision" mixes and one "Alien Encounter" mix with no billable downtime over a three year period.

1993 - 1994  THE RECORD PLANT, Los Angeles, CA - Chief Engineer
Day to day operation of 5 recording studios. Schedule technical and engineering staff of 10 and work with owners on long term goals. Outlined new training program for engineering staff and procedures for technical staff.

1987 - 1990  THE COMPLEX STUDIOS, Los Angeles, CA - General Manager / Head Technician
Day to day technical operation of recording studios, sound/rehearsal stages, and 2000 sq ft of commercial office space. Scheduled staff of 20 employees. Worked with owners on long-term goals and bugeted for renovations and expansion.

1984 - 1988  RECORD ONE STUDIOS, Sherman Oaks, CA - GENERAL MANAGER / TECHNICIAN
Day to day management of a two recording studio facility with a staff of 10. Re-organized operations and procedures, resulting in a 60% increase in bookings and an increase in the hourly rate.
